How the Weekly Competition Works

Every match you play in Play counts. There's no separate mode to join — win, lose or draw, your performance goes towards this week's competition.

Match rating. At full time, your individual performance is scored out of 100, built from what you actually did on the pitch — goals, assists, saves, tackles, interceptions and pass accuracy — with mistakes, wasted shots, lost balls and cards pulling it down.

Weekly rating. Your weekly rating is built from your most recent matches this week (up to your last 10), with recent matches weighted more heavily. Once you've played 5 matches, your single worst one is dropped. Before that, your rating is provisional while it settles.

Best is your highest individual match rating this week. Win % is the share of your counted matches this week that you won.

The leaderboard is ordered by weekly rating, highest first — ties go to the higher best rating, then to whoever has played more matches.

Competition weeks run Monday to Monday, UTC, and the table resets fresh each week.

You need to be signed in for your matches to count. Practice matches don't count towards the competition — only matches played through Play do.
